Nobody is suggesting that these charges are fabricated, but they are still just charges. IF this goes to a court and the lawyers hash it out, THEN it can be decided.

Not every charge in every case is legit. Just because some entity makes a claim, that doesn't make it fact. The courts hear the cases and the charges, thresh out the wheat from the chaff, charges get modified, dropped, imposed.... It's a process that as of yet still needs to be played out.

Look, just because I'm not running around with a noose, drooling for Matt's neck does not mean I'm swearing to his innocence either, but too many here are just strict black & white with no room for any possible scenarios. "Oh no, it's in the filing, therefore it has just GOT to be true".

Maybe I should just stop reading here, the pack mentality is tiresome.
