I had the same problem..it filled at .158..Here is Etrades response to my query about the issue why orders did not execute above the ask

Limit orders to buy will be filled only when the ask price reaches the limit price and all other market orders and older limit orders have executed first. This is called Stock Ahead, because market orders and older limit orders have higher execution priority, and are ahead of newer limit orders. As such, there may not be sufficient shares at times for the market maker to fill your order immediately when the limit price is reached.
