Been watching this for the past 6 months. This won't move unless the pinksheets.com ban is removed and CLBN files up to date.

PR firm got another 2 million shares to pump A$$. Have to DD this one again for more up to date information.

I like potential of this China play and wind energy. This can explode with the right news and reinstatement on pinksheets. If they don't dilute this too much, I see 20 to 30 cents possible with filings.

The news back in March was good. But the economy and overall bad market sentiment killed the run on CLBN and this only hit like .05-.06 cents. Think this would have hit maybe .15+ cents had all the news been released now in June 2009.

I don't like the type of volume this past friday. Appears to be dilution volume with downward price movement.

Waiting to see what happens and where the price settles. I hate worthless PR firms. Just think this one is a great lotto play like u say. Have good hopes for this one. Haven't taken a position yet. GLTY
