landm...the indicator you asked about has now evolved and is finalized.Its good enough to name so I call it a PipGrabber....here are the details on how to build it in VT and this assumes that your background is black because some of the components will need to be hidden.

Install a Moving Average of RSI..

RSI periods=5...color it black
FastMA=2...SimpleMA...color it black
SlowMA=7...SimleMA...color it yellow
horizontal line at 70 and 30...color white
color line at 50 black.

Install an Average Directional Movement Index Rating indicator

parameters are (5,5)...color it white
horizontal line at 20...color it red

You might want to increase line thicknesses by a factor of one..but other than that you should have a PipGrabber indie.
