QD, Another poster related his conversation with Moro right after the Abbott amendment. He was told by Moro that all Abbott was focused on was getting rid of the minimum royalty payment.

Now if you say that $50,000 is peanuts to Abbott, why would they even want to get rid of the minimum royalty at all. It was only a measly $50,000 a year so why even do an amendment.

The above proves your argument totally wrong. It is obvious that $50,000 was considered important to Abbott and why not make an agreement with Moro to essentially shelve the product forever and Abbott nets another $50,000 in the process.
