Most lawyers with half a brain who understand human behavior will tell their client to shut their mouth no matter how innocent or guilty they are it matters not.

The case is played out in the court room where the results matter.

What the public thinks does not change their sentence nor does it add on if justice is being served.

Any lawyer will tell you in a court room to answer the question with as least words as you can, do not elaborate.

There are good reasons why you shut your mouth now before the court room.

I use to have a great link that had a few people talking can't recall exactly think there was two.

The link was about how cops find it amazing when pulled over how many give up their rights to shut their mouth. They were saying it is an alarming rate of people who if they had shut their mouth the charges wouldn't have stuck or they wouldn't have been as much.

I'll email my sheriff buddy and see if he still has the link.
I lost it with my last computer.

Fascinating talk given.

Being quiet is not being guilty.
It is being smart no matter if guilty or innocent.

No matter what you make. All that you can take. Is what you give away. Vince Gill
