Oh Boy! That's gonna be good!

I picked up my big sack of Hatch chiles this week. They are the "Big Jim" variety, relatively mild but very tasty. I'll be roasting chiles today and whipping up a huge batch (triple the recipe I posted earlier) of my green chile sauce. I had worn out my big stock pot so picked up a new one last night. I LOVE chile season, and you cannot do better than Hatch!
