I too am baffled by the companys need to do a r/s unless they want to try and get off the otc. They don't appear to need any financing to acheive their goals as per the 10-k.

Strange indeed, never seen a low o/s floater that is profitable do this before.

Will hold til the end of year, no need taking a loss now.
