Nothing is impossible, but I know I can't short it. Can't short GMGMQ either.
It may be possible to "short against the box" if you hold it long in your account (effectively borrowing your own shares). It may be that that was done back in 07 as it ran up over $1.80 by one or more of the investment PIPEs that provided $8 million and later had their shares repriced. I have no idea if that happened or not, or even whether it's legal, but it sure wouldn't have been ethical. I sure don't think anyone is shorting it now and God help the company if they are, IMHO.

I don't think LVS comes close to GMGMQ. LVS still has a net book over $3 billion. GMGMQ is worthless as equity yet it still manages to hold over $1.50 and still rises. Crazy.
