Maybe, maybe not. Allz I do know is that if the SEC wanted to charge MATT BROWN with using IHUB for illegal purposes, you would think they could have found a way in all that indictment (since based on your theory that is Matt's contribution) to say so... wouldn't you?

How come IHub isn't charged? How come Advfn isn't charged? The fact here is that I'm fighting for IHub's survival - not Matt's. I like Matt, but that is irrelevant. I'll gladly toss him overboard if he's guilty. But, IHub is (hopefully) innocent. They have no liability for what any poster does IMO. On the other hand, they have incredible liability if Matt was involved in using it for illegal purposes.

So, rather than simply accept that Matt did - and that IHub is therefore going to be sued into oblivion, I'm making the assumption that he did not use it for illegal purposes until there is SOME hard evidence (even an SEC indictment would do) that he did.
