William was here when it was a IPO? Well George...what does that really prove? Even Doctors Brothers...Uncles...or whatever are named SMITH. You think it's just a coincidence that two traders with the same last name Smith...sell around the same time..with the same amount of shares? Can I sell you a BRIDGE!!! If we were chatting about Nokia...sure...there's a very good chance that two Smith's....are totally different...but this two bit outfit?

His claim about his filing to sell..for his warrants seems backwards. Why would you sell shares..to exercise warrants?
