Have the load balancers been put into place yet? While I appreciate the growth of iHub, 20 to 30 seconds to go from one message to the next is not customer-friendly.

I'll let John respond on the speed issues - but on the conference call today, he mentioned that the servers were running hot enough to fry an egg and next week he was planning to have balancers in place to spread the traffic over multiple servers, which should correct it.
