Secondly William Smith already stated his reasons why the filing occurred, not his fault you didn't do YOUR HOMEWORK. And regarding Cecil - if you read any of my posts when I found the BioShield R&D company up in Ohio you should have been able to connect the dots and figure out who Cecil was. He certainly isn't related to WMGSmith. In fact call that company and just see if his name doesn't show up as one of the telephone numbers.
