I agree PJ.

Its just shows you how screwed up our government is.

A ten percent gain is a ten percent gain no matter how you look at it. Enough said.

Yes I want this approved because of my investment. But what does this say about an agency that continues to not do anything outside of their little box that will benefit citizens?
