Looks like a move back above the 200MA from a low level... so probably sustainable... that seems it is also tied to expectations that they will have news soon.

I don't know what the timing is likely to be... but, given the look and feel of it, I do expect that they're doing what they say they are...

They've made a lot of progress in the last year in growing capabilities and in marketing them... they say they are making the numbers in their internal projections. I expect that might mean they are likely doing something more than covering costs, but would see covering costs as a decent accomplishment... given the nature of the cost structure. If the marketing effort is working, adding a couple of new customers could provide some fairly spectacular leverage...

We know they've had past issues with signing some number of customers who prefer that their relationship with NXCO not be made public. I think their money is likely to be just as green... so, it will at some point boil down to a need for some greater level of transparency to allow the market to value them properly... and, probably tied to that in timing, to their signing the customers that put them over the top in terms of revenue generation.

While I expect the revenue potential is improved with new products, capability, and market focus, I don't have the same clarity in the picture on the revenue side as I expected I had a year ago... in part because they've added capability that targets other problems and that has them serving new types of customers. I don't know, for instance, what sorts of revenues might be associated with work they do for their foreign government sector interests... or how that type of effort might be structured, on a project basis, or on longer term contracts ?
