It looked like this morning at 7:30, the GTC orders that were still in the system from yesterday renewed. Sometime after 8;00 the .151 order left over from yesterday was cancelled and the only thing left was an order for .20. Once day orders started coming in, the ask dropped to where we see it now.

Who is selling down here is a mystery but as long as it is not someone with MILLIONS of shares, then they should clear out soon.
