My views 1)Net margins of 8 - 10% only=That is no much profit. Example on 1$ million revenues they only make 80k$ profit. We need revenues in the 10$ million area minimum to make this thing really rock.
2)Soutern Candle acquisition is a possibility sometime in the future, and it will be done creatively and most likely not with shares.=They will probably issue shares.Imo.
3)1 Billion authorized and no increase is expected.
977 million outstanding and the final shares will be enough to satisfy the need for capital, if they need to sell them (this answer came from JD in response to a direct question asking about the final shares.) =I doubt they will not increase the A/S in the near future. It is getting maxed out.
