He said he wouldn't increase the A/S, in


the prior CC, as the O/S had already been maxed for quite some time. He also said the 300MM shares would be returned to the treasury, and that no reverse split would occur.



Actually, he said he would not raise the OS on that CC. If he starts dumping them to the market, he has mislead investors.
