Your right on your points BUT, Reporting estimated revenues that was over exagerated makes them a scam. Gagging the TA so they could sell billions of shares makes them a scam. Coming up with first one then 2 buyout offers makes them a scam this was well orchestrated and put alot of money in someones pocket. Of course this is all my opinion but its becoming clearer by the day that those points are coming to fruition
