So you have this company that is failing miserably. PPS dwindling, business going nowhere. Nothing verifiable from the company. All down down down. So, next, we'll do an R/S. Snazzy! All the shareholders are like, "Forget You Vinny!"... or w/e. And then while all are sitting on the sidelines or holding strong or just AFK because.. you know WHATEVER VINNY! So yeah, nice and calm and non-diluted... hey PPS goes up. NEAT! Well, doesn't go up too much people are sort of like, "ehh.. grumble grumble.. where is my short interest money, this is going to .00000000000000314159265358979323846264 and I'll be a mad short interest genious!" I know that sounds like a safe bet to me. So obvious, especially to people with money to make the real play. Buy the shares up and burn shorty! And some people scratch their head more 200%+ gain on this? Based on... WHAT? Oh.. yeah, shorty got burnt so that's cool. (rolling my eyes at the naievity) Okay, so the initial suckers (shorts) were burnt, what next? Hmmmm well, we could start walking it back down to .0001. Why the hell not, we are at .03+ and we can string people along nice and slow just like we've been doing for years! Yes, GENIOUS!
