The level of transparency clearly matters... a proven track record in reporting has value, but it takes more time than you might expect to generate unique value that way, from trust generated by management proving they mean what they say.

I think the shorter term impacts you might expect here will be driven by "change in the business" more than by change in the approach the company has in how they show they address the market.

The nature of the business is such that adding a significant customer or two that generate more than a "let's see if this works" volume of business, can make a "night and day" type of difference in the numbers. With there being a fairly obvious set of fixed costs in operations, generation of revenues from new sources can make some pretty dramatic changes happen fairly quickly...

I expect they are on the cusp of completing that transition from "development" or "marketing" to "operations" that is needed to shift from a forward looking focus on what they "could" do... to a focus on the impact on the bottom line from doing what they are.

I'd be more surprised to have the market not anticipate seeing those sorts of changes occur than to have the market anticipate them without having an accurate bead on the scope of the impacts tied to current changes. I think it could pretty easily trade back to the $0.03 to $0.04 range without that being more meaningful than typical market noise, given the shift in focus that is happening.
