Here is the email Sam sent to me on on May 12 with my name erased. Sorry. The audit has not started yet. I'm sorry, but we are waiting on the audit to be started in the Q2 which means by the end of this month. Then it looks like we waite for the filing after the audit.

Sam stated that you were looking at Q2 to get the audit underway that is
necessary for filing. Since Q2 is just about half over, does it look like
that is going to happen? What qarter is your best guess right now, that the
filing will actually place in? Sam was hoping for the Q2 of 2009, but that
doesn't very likely now, to me anyway. I would love to get some answers that
are not of the politician verity that we always get when making inquiries
about audits, filings, and earnings. Thanks.
