Perhaps wise to wait and see ...

what the true impact of this will be before being too hasty. I am not currently in RMBS, and had already written off this second Viginia trial as a loss due to the judge and kangaroo court.

Got to play the runs and watch the charts. Hard to call this one.

I'll look for more analysis by those far more knowledgeable about the legal junk than I.
