fsmith1952.. the big players you mentioned will definately make multiple passes in an attempt to buyout Exobox, as history has shown that Symantec, McAfee & TrendMicro have all purchased DLP companies. The funny part is that some of them have bought out more than 1 DLP company, to enhance their DLP technology.
ie. 1.) Symantec purchased Vontu for $350 million 2.) Trend Micro purchased Provilla 3.) McAfee purchased Onigma
