hi greatgate -- sorry to hear of your predicament. we've all been there before. you could get a nice pullback that would break you even on that play, or it could just keep going. that's the problem with short positions.

i would recommend selling at least half of your position. and in the future use stop losses religiously. cut losses right away.

consider buying puts instead of shorting a stock. that way you don't tie up as much capital and your losses are finite.
