Ty, Mike, but I must disagree with one of your more recent posts.
The ongoing debate on this board on the question of how much skin I-Hub has in this game will soon be resolved.
Even as I type this post, we can bank on the fact that any number of law firms are analyzing the strength of the charges against the eight, the number of aggrieved persons (investors), and which involved persons or companies have enough cash to be sued productively.
Not only does I-Hub have skin in this game, but there will be some talented esquires who will try to remove a nice slice of that epidermis in a court of law.
Considering the massive amounts of money being paid to the promoters of dubious pennies here on I-Hub, it would appear that many, many investors will be available to join a class action suit.
Ironically, the courts will allow the advertising of that class action right here on I-Hub; another bitter pill for the I-Hub owners to swallow, but I think it has to happen.
Based on his lack of action post indictment, It's possible that Clem, the CEO of I-Hub, does not understand the style of U.S. legal operations. Maybe things are different in Europe, but I think Clem has some serious problems facing him here.
This is the main reason I have been so concerned with I-Hub's behavior. This is a websiite that I, too, enjoy .
