And ADVFN's liability will relate to 'what' they knew, 'when' they knew it and what they did or didn't do to protect subscribers as well as free readers. Even I read back in 2007 the rumors about a stopped courier and law enforcement raid of Matt's home in Orange county.

Those were not hard things for management to verify and clarify????
