You do not have to lie to Allie - the second buyout offer IMO opinion is a lie out right lie. Jared imo got cocky if their was the offer from the Koreans and wanted more and they decided to walk - didn't he say the counter offer was better so where is it. I think that might be a lie too. I not sure he had a real offer. So he might not have lied to Allie but I think he has lied to the shareholders imo. An Allie cannot do business with someone like that it will rub off on him. I find it interesting that he never mentioned EESO in his business promotions.
