Actually, FWIW, the only thing I care about in the above statement is the fact that you left out "alleged" in front of the word "tools".

I'm less concerned about saying Matt is "allegedly" guilty or that he committed an "alleged" crime than I am about automatically making the assumption that he used IHub for any illicit gains. That's the big gorilla in the closet. IHub can survive without Matt. IHub can survive if their founder is guilty of something. But, IHub may have insurmountable problems if it can be show that it was used in the commission of a crime by its founder! That's what I'm concerned about far above anything else.

Fortunately, at least to this moment, I have seen no reasonable evidence or argument to convince me that it was used by Matt for that purpose.
