Could be, but maybe later this summer/ early fall it might happen. I can't see Bush letting the price get "more" out of hand. Plus, it may serve as the impetus of a big traditional fall rally...not to mention bolster the economy in an election year. I know he'd be accused of politics, by doing it, but if it provides an impetus for the market and economy, I'm sure stranger things have happenned.....
