You may have a point there Earnest. And this is but one of the 5 facilities that ENCS has targeted for acquisition.

Come to think of it, how did they complete the acquisition of BioConversions Intl in February? They also planned to acquire Geo Green Fuels Gonzales Biodiesel Production Plant from a pr released in March.

From that pr ENCS "believes transaction funding is available".
