If that were true. The share price would go up or hold and then there would be a forward split with the new shares in the A/S. But the share price has been tanking for weeks, so when you think bottom is here buy and hold and hope it happens all over again next year. And if it does, SELL this time when you see a nice profit in front of you. JMHO but everything points to no buyout, no big wowgreen production ramping up, EESO needed money to fund themslves and had to do what they had to do.
