I spoke to Joe on the phone and was extremely UN impressed. He (not 'seemed' to but straight up did) copped an attitude at virtually every aspect of our blunt conversation regarding shareholder discontent.

Now I'm not talking shareholder rants, raves, accusations or pejoratives. This is clear illumination of the problem set shareholders have with the actions or management and activities over the last N month’s time. This is exactly the kind of information I would hope an IR rep would be interested in - sober conversation about what's wrong with this company in the (stock) marketplace.

Childish: He dropped the name of one of the theoretically eminent scientist PhD’s associated with the company, I asked what relationship he had with the company and instead of answering that he said I need to read more Q-10's (are you kidding me? uhh... I just let that go). Then he has a hissy fit when I suggested he hasn't been around this stock long enough to understand where the shareholder impressions come from - I had to explain to him that I clearly meant around this "stock" for long... not on in IR long or on the plant very long....

I'm not really sure who this guy is - except I suspect he's not really an IR guy at all. If so he's the single worse IR guy (and pick for one) in my experience. I don't really care that he played "the ass" to me - but I have a vested interest him NOT doing that to shareholders in general. I have an investment here and everyone needs to do a great job to pull this out. Joe McCarthy included.

The biggest problem I had with Joe was that he acknowledged that he couldn't understand why whenever great news was released the stock price never responds.

I'm like "WHAT do you think I'm trying to tell you Joe!?!?"

What a scary conversation. I really don’t know if he's an idiot and yet another awful choice by Hunt management or he's a complete dump, posed specifically to piss shareholders off.

Either way.... a complete disappointment to shareholders hopes for anything in the near term.

If he's a serious appointment by the company - "Fire Him QUICK! Before he does any more damage". If he's a plant and a facade then "He namangment - great job!"
