By saying employees do you mean the admins?? In my experience here they will remove posts that violate the TOU, but I've never seen them control the "flow" of anything.

Do you know how many times people write perfectly good posts, in fact excellent posts, full of information, and then they will ruin the post by ending it with one sentence that reads something like this "Now, if any of you idiots don't agree with this it's just too bad, find another place to post your drivel".

That happens over and over on I hub and when posts like that get removed people start screaming at admin calling them censors. They didn't censor anything by removing a post like that. All they did is remove a post that violated the TOU. What is really a shame is that the post had to be ruined by adding that attack to the end of their message.

"Sort of" is such a harmless thing to say. "Sort of". It's just a filler. "Sort of" - It doesn't really mean anything. But after certain things, "sort of" means everything. Like after "I love you" or "You're going to live" or "It's a boy".
