Riiiiight. ihub may state that they have no warranty on their service but where does the TOS you cite point out that ihub is in the business of scamming innocent investors?

At least that's what the indictments allege and I think the SEC and DOJ have better things to do then to fabricate stories about Matt if it were not true?
