I believe the dumps at the end of day for the last couple weeks are buys, not dumps. Most of the time they are at higher prices, too, indicative of a large buyer, not seller. Those trades also don't really happen AH. They happened earlier in the day, but an MM doesn't want the volume to show up then, so holds it for AH. It's also an average price paid not all shares at one price necessarily.
