I do not know, but he made a big stink at the last shareholders' meeting and all of the sudden the meeting was canceled or recessed until another date (today?).

If this guy had soooo much money, he could have just recapitalized with his own money along with some investors of his own.

As for the commons not being canceled, I would say the future is VERY grim: Assets of $37.7 million and total debts of $559.7 million.

There is just not enough money to go around, BKUNQ will still trade until the end.
