Yes, I believe I've received a few "bragging" emails from that said convicted promoter about how he's going to buy a new lambo but I'm sure it'll get repossessed like the last one did (the need for crack outlasts the car payments).

How he convinces these poor CEO's to hand him over so many shares is beyond me.
