I'm having problems with Level II real time applet. I just bought in to the Level II package. Paid for 1 year service in advance. Username is ih_154628.

Problem: I have several stocks on the otcbb that I have placed sell orders on. When I check them out in the level II applet, I do not see my sell orders or any sell order that my orders could possibly be combined with.

By example: Yesterday, I placed 360,300 shares of GNTA for sale at 0.50 pps. In the level II, no sales order is being shown for GNTA at 0.50 pps.

This is the same as with my other orders as well. So, my question is this: Do the Level II services that I paid for at iHub work?

If they do not provide accurate data, I might as well not have paid for these services at all because everything becomes nothing more or less than an educated guess.
