The question is: Does JCDS actually engage in any business that is generating any revenue? There is no evidence to support the assumption that JCDS has revenue. It has been expected for well over a year now that JCDS would provide the shareholder with financials. This has not happened. The rumour that it would happen in March, April and May was false as we can see the financials have not been filed. The rumour that the audit has been completed (March) is most likely also false since it is reasonable to suspect that financials would have soon followed.
