Who's buying this stock. The crooks behind this company are scheduled for sentenceing (July & Aug.) after pleading guilty to fraud.
I think the court has the list of victims (shareholders) already and so I don't know if new SH's would be in line to collect any restitution (if any). The court has already ordered that all assets be seized from all the crooks. Interesting!
If anyone has idea's why or if the possible gain by buying shares now please let me know. TIA
