From what I have read on i-Hub's board, "SEC Charges Eight Participants in Penny Stock Manipulation Ring", FM was at one time (or maybe still is) a screen name used my Matthew Brown.

I am NOT sure if the Dec 2000 FM post regarding ...boys in IHUB chat room playing WTPE... is something useful for anyone's research, but I hope it helps.


NOTE, I personally have NOT dealt with Matthew Brown, any of the of named and un-named defendents, any of the named or un-named unindicted c0-defendents, etc and etc surrounding the Penny Stock Manipulation Ring case, but find the case interesting.
