GNVC: What's your take on this Dew? It looks like a survival advantage for TNFerade between 10 and close to 25 months but that all disappears… That can't be good for TNFerade's prospects.

My view is intermediate between the skeptics such as PGS on this board and the pumpers on the GNVC board on iVillage, who are convinced TNFerade is the next Provenge.

I would say that the survival data are odd but they are far from hopeless. The time to invest, IMHO, will be if the second interim look (after 184 of the 276 events required to trigger the final analysis) continues to show that the HR for overall survival is in the vicinity of 0.75.

You can’t really say that—what these KM curves show at the rightmost tail is essentially just noise.
