b-a, I agree 100%. Nothing we have seen so far explains what has been happening. But someone has been accumulating bigtime. They said they would have partnering talks at ASCO. ASCO is not even over. But I am convinced there are multiple bidders for a partnership....which may delay the partnering process a little...but results in a much better partnership for PPHM.
Sometimes a partnership bidding war results in buy-out offers....because the partnering terms are getting almost as costly as a buy-out! I think PPHM does not pump...and I have not seen them leak information. It's not over til it's over...that is when we will hear about a partnership or a buy-out!
