You're welcome doogdilinger and, although I don’t agree with your "promotion then –vs- now" view, fair enough given the mgmt shake-up and apparent dropping of their IR Rep (Jeremy)?

With all due respect, one of the main problems I too frequently have is actually seeing a promotion that just "got the word out." I see 2 things happen very consistently:

(1) The "word" is slanted-- if not outright overwhelmingly skewed -- to the "vision" (reward) side with little to no regard to the downside (risk). Current postings here remain consistent with that unfortunate phenomena frown

(2) The share price-- as well as volume -- will most likely increase enough to be considered "impressive" (indeed today it already has); but ultimately it will return to the starting point if not even decrease further. I see at least 2 Qs worth of required filings before the fundamentals of DUSS play out enough where true (sustainable) direction of the company can be understood.

It is during the time in (2), while being supported by visionary data (1) and added pretty routine (and conveniently non-verifiable) market monkey business (shorters, MMs, etc) musings, when typically those that have hired the promoters take advantage and sell shares...

There are certainly enough treasury shares (issued but not outstanding), in addition to the former CEO's, as well as the 2 million shares that were suspiciously "gifted" to sell...

I'd at least wait until the "kill zone" passes given the "value ratios" will hold a while and can be proved/denied to a better extent come next Q report due in just a few weeks.

As an aside, can you provide me the link to the ~ $100 mill rev projection for Concept One? (I admit Manta may be inaccurate, but that was the latest sourced data I had that tracks private company fundamentals and they say ~ $5 mill annually)
