I think I can illustrate his point about the staleness.

The figures in the Financial Profile section claim to be as of "quarter ending 2001-09-30", but if you go to the "sec filings" link, you see a K filed 2 months ago and a Q filed last month.

I haven't compared the numbers in the profile with the ones from the Q's to confirm that they come from the one filed 11/14/2001, but am guessing that's the case since the "quarter ending" bit seems to say so.

I'm not sure how much lag there is between filings being submitted and the numbers from them making it to their Financial Profile section, but I do know that if the most recent filing they're getting data from is a K, the profile shows "year ending" instead of "quarter" ending, so apparently they can extract from K's.

Which means in HRCT's case there're no less than 2 filings that haven't been taken into account for the Financial Profile, giving a lag time of at least 60 days (the K was filed 4/15/2002). That's serious staleness.

I like the depth of information and how it's laid out, and the link will not be going away, but I'm more than a little curious why the first page the link takes you to has was appears to be stale info.
