Mark is only the IR for EESO, so he will say whatever EESO wants him to say.

It is not in Mark's authority to make up his own PR's for EESO. When EESO tells Mark to release a PR he will do just that. If the PR is not truthful it's EESO's fault not Marks. That would be like shooting the messenger(which is all that Mark is, the messenger.)
