I think so. The EU/EC litigation will keep going, but I think the market will ignore it. It had big bark, but the bite is non-existant. It does not affect investment or dividend.
So in terms of revenue and profit, what is the right price for INTC ?
My estimate for '09 EPS is $0.80 (quarters 1-4: 11c + 14c + 25c + 30c). And for '010, $1.00.
This indicates a current price of $16, progressing toward $20 by year end.
