I think that thirty days at $4.00 minimum meet the requirements for Nasdaq listing. There are other criteria that need be met as well. Of course the company has to formally apply for listing.

The management in Salt Lake City are very sharp and cover all the bases. While all parts of the company appear to be growing very quickly and profitably too, I don't think they expected that the share price would have run up so quickly.

Big meetings scheduled for June and RP will be very busy spreading the ZAGG gospel. NAZDAQ will come in due time. The pps could certainly continue to rise here while we wait for new announcements and ultimately up list to a major exchange.
