I don't have any idea what percentage of scammers are just 'getting by' in life, but I have some pity for them.
Surely you jest? Feeling sorry for thieves with lamborghini's and drinking $280 shots makes ZERO sense. Some street urchin looking for food and shelter is one thing but these types deserve no pity. They stole because it was easy and allowed them to live the life of luxury without working for it. No pity here, they should be despised for their actions and jailed accordingly.
